Terms and Conditions

1. This photo contest is only open to residents of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

2. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.

3. To enter the contest, participants must follow the Instagram account hosting the contest and post a photo of their Christmas celebration using the designated hashtag.

4. Only one entry per person is allowed.

5. The contest will run from December 20th to December 25th.

6. The winners will be chosen at random and announced on December 27th

7. A random drawing will determine the five winners, who will each receive a prize consisting of one of the following items: earphone, a Bluetooth speaker, headphones, or a smartwatch." 

8. The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must provide valid information details as requested in order to claim their prize.

9. The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the criteria or that are in violation of Pai International Electronic Limited Terms and Conditions and Instagram's terms of service.

10. By participating in this contest, participants grant the contest organizers the right to use their submitted photos and personal information for promotional purposes.

11. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

12.      If any gifts/prizes are not available, an equal-value gift/prize will be given.

13.      The winner shall redeem the prize within 90 days from the date of announcement of the contest winner.

14.      The method of running this contest is at the sole discretion of the organizer/dealer.

15.      The winner selection decisions will be final & binding. Any disputes are subject to Bangalore City Jurisdiction only.
