  1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  2. Coupons are redeemable once only.
  3. Ensure the correct name, address, and phone number on your sales invoice.
  4. The winner shall bear the TDS under IT Act 1961 for all prizes above Rs9999/-.
  5. Unavailable gifts/prizes will be replaced with gifts/prizes of equal value.
  6. Winners must redeem prizes within 90 days of the draw date.
  7. The coupon draw method is at the organizer/dealer's sole discretion.
  8. Draw decisions are final; disputes are subject to Bangalore City Jurisdiction only.
  9. Passport-size photo, invoice copy, address proof & PAN Card copy are required for major prizes.
  10. Mega Bumper Prize covers ex-showroom price only. Extra costs are to be borne by the winner.
  11. Organizer/dealer can use the winner's details in advertisements.
  12. Draw date/place changes are possible; updated details will be shared on social media or via SMS.
  13. Not valid for Samsung mobiles under 10k / select models/ flagship models.
  14. Offer not valid for certain brands/models. Coupon offer applies to specific brands/models.
  15. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
  16. Original Invoice required for Draw Function participation.
  17. A coupon wins only one prize, the highest value is honoured.
  18. Issuing coupons is at Pai International's sole discretion.
  19. Claimed prizes cannot be exchanged.
  20. Pai International reserves the right to withdraw, modify the offers, terms   & conditions at any time without any prior notice.
  21. # Each Pai Loyalty Point is worth `0.25. 30,000 Pai Loyalty Points are worth Rs7,500/-, 10,000 Pai Loyalty Points are worth `2,500. 5,000 Pai Loyalty Points are worth `1,250. 4,000 Pai Loyalty Points are worth `1,000.  2,000 Pai Loyalty Points are worth `500.
  22. # Pai Loyalty Points will be posted to the eligible prize winner account (billing mobile number = customer ID) within 3-4 working days after the draw date.
  23. # These Pai Loyalty Points will have a validity of 90 days from the date of posting. Prize-winner must redeem these points within 90 days. After 90 days the points will get expired.
  24. The Customer should give a valid 10-digit primary mobile number in the billing for posting Pai Loyalty Points. Any other number/alternate number will not be considered for points posting.
