Please find the below detail for Category Head Job Description – Bangalore 

-         Sales target achievement for given category

-         Ensure display as per Planogram

-         Follow Cell-Address process (if implemented in the store)

-         Ensure all Pai culture are always followed at the store by all in the given category team.

-         Create a proper environment as per our Company philosophy.

-         Ensure that all the team members in the category team always greet, treat and attend all customer with lot of respect as per our Pai culture.

-         Should know all products well with complete knowledge of the category being handled

-         Should know our offers and details of reward points etc

-         Should have very good knowledge about all the Finance Options, Cashbacks etc for given product category

-         Ensure all good quality Brand Promoters are always placed at the store. Follow up and get them placed if needed .

-         Maintain best level of hygiene at the store for each and every product category. Lowest possible Obsolete, Ageing stocks should be maintained.

-         Ensure all Marketing POS like Danglers, Catalogues etc are properly displayed and maintained well

-         Should know well on how to bill in FOCUS
